Hi! I’ve been loving your LOST recaps so far and I’ve been rewatching it myself after getting the series set. I already knew the big game changer was coming at the end of Season 3 but I forgot what a fun ride it was to get there especially in the last few episodes, I’d say after Expose.

I think EHH is quite possibly my least favourite episode of Lost’s entire 6 season run. The flashbacks brought nothing interesting to the table and the on-Island action was pretty ho-hum. Although Numbers stands out as one of my all time favourites, I don’t recall being too enamoured with Tricia Tanaka Is Dead either, which comes up later.

Overall I thought even 6/10 was generous.

Well done thus far. I think I got more and more hooked on your series as it progressed. At the beginning I’d read in whenever I happened to check in with the site, but since about the halfway point I have been checking in daily waiting for the next installment. I’m really excited for where your series will go once the show’s story starts to become more complicated and address some of the larger mythological questions as well. Glad to have you on board as always.

it was nice to see Glee go back to his best formula, where the story inspires the songs and not vice-versa.

Couldn’t agree more, even though I thought this was a fairly poor episode compared to Season 1 standards. I really hope this whole “character faces a touching crisis” thing doesn’t become a habit, because the show works best when they make absurdity out of the mundane.

I have to say, from an entertainment standpoint, I liked the Britney episode more. It was a lot funnier, and at the end of the day, that’s the #1 thing I expect this show to deliver.

I agree, the theme was pounded into us a little hard with this episode. Nevertheless, so far the best of the season. After a premiere that insisted a little too much on guest stars and new characters; and a Britney tribute that I found unnecessary and forced, it was nice to see Glee go back to his best formula, where the story inspires the songs and not vice-versa. “I Wanna Hold Your Hand” was a wonderful and touching surprise choice. Chris Colfer was amazing!

I’m with you on the lack of major thread so far this season. I feel like they’re dipping their toes in the water and I keep waiting for them to take the plunge into real, long-term storylines!
